HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
Need to return something to us? No problem. We accept returns if youdidn’t like the item or it didn’t fit.We provide 30 days return or exchange policy. We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged or used.
Due to hygiene reasons, protective masks are not-returnable. If the returned item fits the requirements, we will refund the original price paid for the return goods as quickly as possible. The refund will exlude shipping costs. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned package.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning the item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you once your returned item has been received and processed by the team, we will process your new order within 5 business days. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), and if your return is lost in the post and we do not receive it back, we sadly will not be ble to refund or exchange.
